Research
My research sits at the intersection of behavioral science, public policy, and
management. I study how scientific research influences decisions in the public
sector and private organizations, focusing on how to overcome the behavioral and
institutional barriers to evidence adoption at scale. In a second strand of
research, I explore interventions to reduce polarization and disagreement.
